One of the goals and priorities of the management of Henri BSUS is staff development, professional development, compliance with modern requirements. It is for this purpose that various trainings are organised for the staff.

On the 19th and 20th of March this year, a ‘personal development’ training session was held for BCC Henri employees.

During the training, participants were informed about the role that the phenomenon of emotional intelligence plays in their personal and career success, and were given the opportunity to assess their own personality traits and ability to access emotions.

The training included activities, group work and practical assignments.

The training was conducted by guest Henri Sofio Mamestashvili, psychologist, doctor of social sciences, certified trainer.
