Training: ‘Service standards and psychology of communication with clients’

An online training for BSS Anri employees via Google Meet: ‘Service Standards and Psychology of Customer Communication’ was held on 9, 11 and 12 December.

The training was conducted by the founder and director of KEY CONSULTING, president of the International Association of Global Education,
Business coach and consultant - Lika Ohanashvili.
The following issues were discussed at the training: definition of user types and their psychology, stages of communication,
Communication barriers, culture and communication, service standards, working with difficult types of clients.
The training included activities, group work and practical assignments.
