Training: "Effective Service and Proper Communication"

July 22-23 this year, in order to obtain the necessary knowledge and develop relevant skills for effective communication and service delivery, BHMES ANRI's staff conducted training: "Effective Service and Proper Communication.

The training discussed topics such as:

  • basic principles and standards of effective service;
  • effective communication model;
  • verbal and nonverbal communication;
  • conversation management techniques;
  • Time management;

The training included activities, group work and practical assignments.

The training was conducted by Sofia Mamestrashvili, a certified trainer, Doctor of Psychology.
